Post-Rehabilitation Strength and Conditioning Programs

So you finished up at Physical Therapy, now what? We develop and provide specialized programs for post rehabilitation, injury prevention, wellness and athletic performance enhancement. These services are for individuals looking to return to full activities following an injury, improve their performance, increase their physical ability, build strength, increase muscle tone, prevent injury, and stay healthy.

Qualifications:
All program design performed by New York State Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) and National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
